XPO | Handhelds freezing

As long as I have been here TiredDvrsWife has proved here knowledge time and time again. I dont appreciate you calling out someone on here. I dont care how long you have been here either.

I agree 100% Wonderring. Tired Wife has proven herself worthy time and time again on here. I am not on here as much as I used to be but that's another story. When I was on here every day , she always had good insight and a very good knowledge of Con-Way and the Trucking Business in General. A lot of new people come on here and don't know the whole story behind a lot of the Veterans on the Trucking Boards. I think a lot of people needs to set back and read for a while before they start calling people out.

Help me understand how you know so much about the handhelds if you are the "Tiredvrswife". Seems confusing because you know way to much about the in's and out's of operations........Do you scan your husband with these things or does your husband bring this thing home and teach you how to do this redundant job. The whole thing appears, to say the least, a bit peculiar. Why would this be your concern?

My thoughts exactly!!!!!

You betcha :bgroovy: locked down!

You give dutch ovens instead

I asked about the handhelds because my husband told me he keeps having problems. He's tried to reboot the scanner. If it's systemwide then nothing to be done except ride out the issue. If its just his scanner then he see if he needs it reset by the company or a total reboot by removing the battery. Simple question on behalf of my husband because I do what I can to help him

I think I'm getting the dry heaves from all this "patting on the back" going on here. REALLY NOW, STOP IT! Are all of you in the ivory tower really believing this or just supporting each other? What spouse understands the new handhelds or knows the operation so efficiently as this. MAYBE WE SHOULD GO ON A CAMPAIGN OF HIRING SPOUSES. They sure seem to learn fast.

:LMAO: Good luck with hiring spouses, my wife only knows about half the crap I put up with, she tells me there's no way she would work for ConWay....

Maybe, just maybe you really do not know enough about this spouse. maybe, just maybe she has had or does have some experience where she has or does deal with handhelds, or who knows maybe, just maybe she invented them. Anything is possible huh

I'm either flattered that you think I know so much or insulted that you thing "spouses" a.k.a. wives, women, so, etc etc etc are too STOOPID to learn anything beyond cooking, cleaning and birthin' babies :clappy:

BTW hubby is home tonight, took off. He said he's not computer savy and talked to me since I'm on the computer a lot at work and home. (I was tech support for both a geek store and a satellite company).

Anyways I had to train in scans for my Fedex call center job.

Wow, you've made a mountain out of a mole hill. All I did was ask about a handheld, not describe it or give a 10 page essay on how to use it. :nono_h4h: Reading your posts is like watching a kid with a trike that he put a fan motor on. Lots of noise and spinning but not much with speed or traction. Thanks for the laugh, I've enjoyed it. ;)

The only response I can come up with is what I heard on the cb back in the day ... SHUT UP STUPID.

I can't believe you pulled my post off............
