At least you could give the "Motley Fools" credit for their view of YRCW word for word.
Foolish takeaway
Sometimes, the way to deal with a hole is to stop digging. With YRC, however, we should just fill in the hole, lay flowers upon the grave, and walk away.

Like I said before, the dead horse is stinking up the whole place, bury it and move on.

YRC Worldwide (Nasdaq: YRCW) sure has dug itself deep. This trucker just finished the 19th renegotiation of its loan obligations to its bankers. Crunching the numbers, Credit Suisse declared the only real effect of the revamp is to ensure that "any future cash flows generated by YRCW will [go to] the banks ..."..................

Will YRC Worldwide Survive 2011? (BRK-A, BRK-B, GE, HTLD, YRCW)

I believe that if YRC is here this time next year, it will look very different than it does today.

YRC will be just fine. I'm waiting to see what kind of technology they plan to use for their infrastructure, equipment, and employees. Now, if the company ever needed some help on deciding, I would be "MORE" than happy to help them out in that area. Relax everyone, just trust me, OK.

I promise, there would be nothing to worry about. :1036316054:

Technology to YRCW means MORE concessions from employees!!!

You've made it this far, why not a few more years? Been thru all this crap myself more than once. I wish all you YRC employees all the best. Happy New Year.

Oh, now the company wouldn't do that. I'm sure their busy right now on restructuring the equipment. Making sure that every driver will be driving/operating equipment like this every day. So there shouldn't be any problems driving through those CSA 2010 inspection areas.

Also, the company are finding ways to motivate their employees. This process does take time, so please, be patient. The company management promises to make better interactions with their employees, in the process of restructuring. I'm sure their watching training videos like this, as I speak.

again, where are the huge investors that will invest if we only agree on work rule changes and extend the concessions? Guess the shops better stock up on duct tape and super glue cause there wont be any money to repair anything correctly.

lmao!!!!!!!!!!

Wow they must have Photoshopped the bumper on that one, I don't think we have any straight ones left...............Not that anybody hit anything with them...................

Look at the markings. This is one of about 100 units that was reflagged when it was new, both tractor and trailers carry the YRC logo. 2008 unit, DPF under door and ahead of fuel tank. Picture is about 3 years old.

Roadway did this years ago, and it worked. Morale was up, production up, vehicle accidents and work-related injuries down. It was fought in a few locations mostly because the local unions couldn't think out of the box and thought that it was all about subverting the NMFA (ironically).
