'Our Crowd'

Technically, I can't post on this thread, but I'm breaking the rules. I lost my ICC Health Card to Heart Disease 4 years ago, so I am defnitely sending my Sympathy, my Condolences, and my Understanding to the Man and his Family. He lived out his Love.

Sorry to hear that. It's been along time since I met those fine drivers. Was good times when I ran down on I-70. Who was the driver?

I wish I knew his name, he was a good freind of a man I consider a freind, " Bull "out of STL. I would like to know the details myself, maybe someone from that area will post that info.

name doesnt matter much right now its just hes one of us and could have anyone of us i had a heart attack last year and yeah its scarey so may this man rest in peace and ride the diesel smoke into heaven

His name was Billy Yeargain, or "Shortcut" a damn fine man who leaves behind a wife and two children. Billy and I rode Harleys together a couple of times and played a few rounds of golf. He was a easy going, fun loving man that rarely had a bad word for anyone. I will miss my friend alot.

R.I.P.and Prayer's.........

Billy's Driven The Big Road in Heaven Now, My prayer's go to Billy and his family. May God show them the strength to get threw this tough time.Thought's and Prayer's to all that knew him.

Don't know if it's happy or sad to die doing what you do; if it's what you like to do.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family though.

Peace

If we have a physical problem that disqualifies us from driving, does that make us eligible for disability payments?

Physician's Referral

If we have a physical problem that disqualifies us from driving, does that make us eligible for disability payments?

At a company paid for Physical, if any heart or organ defect is found, they would Refer the Patient to a Specialist.

That Referral would be at the Patient's expense.

Whether or not the Examining Physician "signs off" is entirely up to the Physician. I was working for a Labor Contractor (no matter Corporate Legalese), whom elected not to send me to a Specialist. The Examining Physician Declined to "sign off".

I found other work (Janitor) and lived it out until I could apply for Social Security, 'normally', as the Contact Officer at your Social Security Office would make that Determination.

Every 'Determination" I had to get from a Government Agency has always been negative.
