I would like to know what you the members think about this topic . Will YRC counter sue ABF for hurting there chances at restructuring ? Will they say that ABF lawsuit cost them Millions of dollars and try and recoup there money ? Just to let you know that if you do vote your vote will be public and other members will see how you voted .

Just my opinion.......No. They would probably have as much chance as ABF of winning the suit as ABF has for theirs, but don't have the luxury of time or money.

Zollars is weak, as is the management team. Nowhere is this better demonstrated than in the fact hoffa tried to sell YRC to ABF because he knew YRC was run by a team of losers. The fact so many concessions have been made with what will likely be poor performance on Friday is starting to really, really **** me off.
 
They will sue and probably win a substantial amount. But it will be settled long after the company is in bankruptcy so it will only help creditors.
 
I think that would depend on the outcome of the appeal. If abf loses then could'nt they sue then? Maybe for frivolus law suits?
 
I don't work for YRC but personally i think the whole thing is stupid.I would like yrc to take care of yrs abf to take care of abf and just let things be for all the money they both claim there loosing i don't see how law suits will help either
