I don't believe you, I thought I was a cancer, and still haven't seen any new trucks. just the same old whopped out ones.

good thing that those stickers peel off so easily, all those dead trucks are going to be at the back of the truck dealerships yards in no time, when you guys finally get sick of losing money!
 
Buffalobill, Spencer did send new trucks to Buffalo, now he sent the crap to Boston and others. Drivers in Boston aren't happy so I hear...
 
Wow - I just read about the fatal accident in July 2012 (New Jersey) involving Land Air Express of NE. No Doubt that WILL COST the company many BENJAMINS ! I had a terrible experience working for this company, and have fought long and hard to forget about them and that. Today would have been no different in letting go of the past, but got an email today from the Truckingboards so I thought I would jump on ? Low and behold there is AWFUL news about an human dying associated with LAXNE. You simply CANNOT go thru life screwing/mistreating people to get a head financially. What you put out in the world, you get back 10 fold. After what happened to me, I predicted nothing but bad was going to happen to Mr Spencer, his company, and his management team. Its seems to have been coming to fruition. I only wish it had not involved a fatality. It seems the only thing that takes an effect is MONEY with this organization - but it SCHOULD NOT be at the cost of harming your very own.......VERY SAD !
 
The company has changed for the better, that was a bad thing that happened it could to any company.The only bad in the company is the Carlstadt city dispatch, this guy don't have clue what to due 100% of the time, without the Outbound Supervisor this guy would be lost. But if you go to the rest of the Terminals the management has changed for the better.
 
I agree company is better,but they really need to get rid of the city dispatcher (Carlstadt) he is a total idiot and does not no how to speak to people. I wish Spencer would listen Mike don't.
 
ANOTHER tractor trailer accident last nite on RT 495 Meuthen, Mass ? Luckily the driver survived this time....Im telling you - KARMA !
 
Hey, b-4 you run your pie hole did you read it was a drunk driver that caused this accident ? I can not belive the ex-employees on here, if your gone you should be happy and get on with your life !
 
Hey, what the H**L is wrong with you - OH WAIT you work for LAXV ?? If you read my prev post I stated no fault on the LAXV DRIVER - was just pointing out that you simply CANNOT go thru ones life striking out harming @ people and not ever have it come back to you - IT DOES AND IT WILL. I have not even been on these truckingboards for years - I had worked in the freight industry for almost 30yrs and actually NOT working for the Spencer Team has been for MY BEST. I am retired and will stay that way. I have friends that still work for the company but slowly and surely they are leaving or have already left. It is not a company that looks out for their employees - they seem to forget the Company IS THEIR employees. I can promise you friend that its only a matter of time before YOUR NEXT..............wait and see !
 
this is for buffalobill,let the truth be told,you were a bad employee at laxv,and im not sure from what i hear how you even got a license to drive..laxv is fair place to work,and if you are so pro union,go work at one of those companies,ahhh you cant,why,cause you are a bad driver,not to mention your i dont give a fk apperance & attitude...im hitting home buffalobill??? not to mention you havent driving by there terminal in buffalo recently,probably cause you cant remember how to find it,but they have a hole new fleet...ask drivers of nemf how they like there tractors from the 1970's,i worked at nemf and thats the worst of the worst.
getting back to laxv one only gets terminated from there if they deserve it....and your pro union talk doesnt surprise me,cause thats all the union does is protect the lazy and un productive employees,,people that come to work everyday and do there best,can work anywhere..and dont need the union to protect them cause they suck...your jibberish that you post on here is boaring,and all false...so crawl back into your hole in your moms basement and try finding a job,that would be a start.

they terminate whoever they want, whenever they want, that's why this company will eventually be union or go under, because they don't seem to comprehend the laws.....

I make more than anyone at **** air does, by far, with excellent benefits and a great retirement plan. and thanks for the 17k, spence, it must REALLY suck to screw up that bad!

Things going well here in the Burlington terminal. Just need to weed out a couple of bumbs and TRY to find someone decent enough to replace them.
