One fired for wearing the STAR OF DAVID , and another fired for saying this must be (⊙▃⊙) Germany for the reasoning behind the firing of the first brother......If true - I think the lawsuit and publicity will close the company...........get used to the letters IIC - IDIOTS IN CHARGE

Where is this story? We have SEVERAL drivers who have been wearing the Start of David for years.....why is there a problem now?.....KK

I can understand emotions being strong with this kind of action but, can you please give more details as to what happened....There are those on here that might be able to help....

I am not spreading a rumor - they are still discharged as of Friday. I'm sure you talked to ZERO dockworkers. I waited until I confirmed it before posting .
 
you mean the locals didn't want to tell some outside driver all the dirt .funny how that works .
hope they get this all taken care of, were any of these guys any1 that accidently know out cameras on the dock?
 
My confidential informant says they were shouting about the (⊙▃⊙) Regime @ 123, and wearing star of David clothing while on the dock. Not sure how freedom of speech bounces up against
harassment and discrimination policies. That's for the lawyers to figure out
 
had a guy at 120 Stroudsburg get fired .he was a part timer that was hired from CF ,he had a cf hat on atm mark s went nuts on this guy just saying take it off or get out your fired,guy said then give me a roadway hat ill wear it,by then guess it was too late he was gone never to return , another good worker gone over something silly made into a big deal by management.

I work for YRC on the west coast, and I have been calling my boss a (⊙▃⊙) also. There must be some plan in the making. Supervisors aren't going by the rules set in place, they are making up their own rules. The supervisors are acting very immature, only to have their own way, acting independent of the company. Never seen this kind of thing in America. People getting fired for nothing

document everything and file charges.......HR, Ethics point, NLRB, OSHA, etc...Also, post on here whats going on and some on here might be able to help.

The management was probably on their usual divide and conquer.
