Last Friday night around 2330 just north of the Lake City Florida south bound exit, a 7-8 foot ALLIGATOR decided to walk across I75. The tractor and trailer (38K) went airborne when I hit that sucker. Here's a few pictures,

The State Trooper who investigated, went back to make sure it was a gator....came back and said there was about a 3 foot section of tail left, the rest was all chunks!
