Looks identical to ROC center that opened in Feb 2011. ROC is a little smaller, but on 66 acres. No where close to the freight level as TOL.

The sleepers are Canadian, yes. I'm one of the guys that runs to TOL. We are an entirely contract fleet up here and our road trucks have sleepers (with a few exceptions) because we cross the border.
