TForce | All management and supervisors fired

Heard a rumor that it happened in aurura il a couple of weeks ago, but like most rumors turned out to be false.
Been told by the TM for about a year now that we are the worst terminal in the system across the board, and yet they are still able to keep their jobs.
 
Someone was fired in AUR not too long ago but the management is getting shuffled throughout the Chicagoland area. There are a lot of peoples heads on the chopping block and I can't wait to see who's next!! WOOHOOOOO!!!
 
I remember when we were still Overnite,the brass came to my terminal,& had 2 TM's clean out their desk,& don't look back.
So now that the Company is UPS,is this practice still in place for TM's?

I know when a sales rep quits or is fired, they are escorted off the terminal property immediately. If they quit they are not allowed to work any kind of notice. They leave as soon as they say they are quitting. The company wants to limit the amount of customer information they take to their next job.

Does ups take their cell phone too?? Im pretty sure the sales rep has the customers #

I herd a story of a director flying in to a airport in Ohio and asking the TM to pick him up. When the TM went to pick up the director informed him he was fired and to not go back on the property. His stuff would be sent to him. I herd this about five years ago so I always assumed t was just a rumor.
 
Any good dalesman keeps his own records and contacts. Some companies make you sign a no compete document so you can't go work for a competing company for a year after you quit.
