I gotta say... Seems like making these CDs and DVDs is just another way of management showing the minions that we are not worth their time.
 
Don't get me wrong...generally those meetings are a circus anyway. Ask a question, presenter doesn't know the answer and says they will get back to you. Riiiiiiiight. Tell ya what...I won't hold my breath. I'm just sayin that the gap between management and grunt is getting wider by the day. We are the ones moving the freight not some hotshot with an office and a computer pretending to be master of the universe
