Hello. Could someone answer this here or ims if theywould rather that way.

Since your company for Fulltime Linehaul driver are paid hourly rate, with time and half after 45 hours.

I'm guessing starting rate is between 18.50-21.50 hour with a dollar raise after 1 year. Then top scale after 2 years with whatever top scale is?

Seems all time on the clock is paid for?

How does this compare to your competition pay mileage rate. Starting like .43-47 cents top scale like .50-54cents per mileage. May or may not get hourly for anything else.

How is the money different to u say working 45-60 hours a week hourly versus mileage?

Any info would be appreciated. I'm trying to get hired on a Streetboro location.

Depending on where your runs are you could accumulate some dock time which adds up fast. I think we do quite well on Line haul paid hourly. My terminal starts at 19.50 for line, according to their new craigslist add.

I have been at the Streets term several times. Most of their guys may start around 600 pm, do a swap pick up, then do the run. Or do something in the am. From what I overheard, think they get at least 50 hrs/week. Pushing 60.

As far as a comparison the run from Streets to West Chester,Pa ( non-haz route) is 378 miles. Run time 7:00 hrs. 30mins hook/ pre trip 30 mins drop/ post
You can do the math.
Guess you know haz-mat and tanker are a must.
I will pm with a contact name
