Most likely, he moved the meeting because the votes were just released and it's so late in the day.

Meanwhile, I've got to hand it to Mr. Welch. He gave it his all. Most CEOs wouldn't have taken that job knowing the condition of YRC's finances. If we had a normal economic recovery, the company just might have made it.

Thank you, Mr. Welch, for at least trying.

Welch will be fine. It's some of you guys I worry about. Wait until you get out there in the real world. Some of you should be terrified.
 
Its been so long since us Teamsters rejected anything that some of us dont know how to act with this rejection

That backbone will do you well when you're asking, "Would you like fries with that order?"

This has been an educational experience for hubby and I. Now I know we'll never join a union. On purpose. Go Teamsters!

You can only be pushed around so much! Good job. Now let them go back to the drawling board or call it quits once and for all.

You probably shouldn't be in this one. What you have enjoyed at this job was won by real Teamsters who fought hard and sacrificed much.

Good job guys.The rest of the industry will thank you later.My 2 cents,they will work this out,if they shut this puppy down a lot of people will go to jail.
