All forums Admins can see ip addresses on all users and see the general location they are in but we can't divulge that info unless the law were to request it.
 
Keep in mind all the companies computers no matter what city they are in will come from the KC IP address since that is the server connected to the net.
 
Last 30 days (remember we had the Holidays during this time period (slow days) 12/13/13 to 1/13/14

Either way, we finally might have someones attention at Yellow Freight.. I =ve also noticed Detroit moving up the list,, 299 maybe starting to show its interested??

I wasn't asking for specifics on a specific user just general stats on new registrants by state?

I am sure advertisers would be interested in that as well, in order to, target their product/service.

Google Analytics isn't specific to individual users and does not show the ip's

It will show things like what operating system and browser most people are using, screen resolutions.... Where your traffic is coming from (but not specifics) Like if 200 people suddenly came from jobobs website it will list that site as a referrer but mostly places like google.com.

It's not real specific but it gives webmasters an idea how to build a site for the majority of your traffic and the things that interest them the most on the forum... I am not a master at it but it's interesting to watch it move when the forum is very busy.

If it gives me a list of cities , that is all I get, it is not giving me a list of the users who are here from that city or anything like that.
