Awww, that's so sad! They're such beautiful animals. I shot some video about 3 months ago of a fox next to my car at Yellowstone. He was hunting! I got the whole thing. Wish I could post it here. :(

For sure on the sad.

I must have just missed you, was there in late September.

You really should check your facts…… its public record what Managment makes. I didn't see any raise in base salary. Welch makes 25% less base salary than Zollars did. Welch is trying to clean Zollars mess up. Typical of the whining in todays society.
Only top managment is public record correct?

Don't confuse executive compensation with management. High level executive compensation is almost always public information, but management (all remaining managerial, non-hourly types) is not.

Changed mind and voted yes, am on no side on poll. For reasons I cant get into because it would ID me at terminal, I decided to switch my vote to yes. hope it was right move!!!!

Plan C, may be look for a job, pay for health insurance, bottom of the board, doing what you may think is below you, low pay, no vacation for a year, cant pay bills. Go ahead vote no

I understand what you're going through I was with Spector and PIE took our money and went down anyway. If you follow the financials this is just a temp Bandaid. To far in the hole. Going to have to borrow more money for equipment or pricey leases. You'll never get back your money.

After this gets approved that "is" what's ahead for me. I'll be laid off due to PTS & looking for a job anyway.

YRC is killing the industry. Thanks for helping. :-(

Deregulation in 1980 is what killed "OUR" Craft. We should have been Organizing all the the start-up non-unions, both LTL & Truckload with real vigor.
But what this is really about, is one Man spending 2 Billion Dollars with no way on God's green earth of paying it back. Debt Financing, is at best a Smoke & Mirrors Wall Street Game. Let's put this behind us now and show the CEO's of the "NON's" how we can move forward "TOGETHER" as One Team. We did it at "Big R" when Caliber spun us off. Analysts didn't give us much hope then either, but we proved them wrong. We can do it "AGAIN" Brother's & Sister's.

i seem to remember that during the voting process in the last best contract ever they were trying to get shinny wheels and utility workers and i was shouting if that gets passed its the beginning of the end .and every one in the know says that it would have no effect on us . they got what they wanted and started lay off all most as some as the votes were counted .they didnt need dock guys if they could get drivers to do it .
these in the know guys also said they would never use thosae shinny wheels except in dire emergences .
guess every day is an emergency .
they wouldnt be begging for it if they were not planning on using it to the max .
take that to the bank .
