Maybe they are keeping an eye on TB. And feel that the proposal will be adopted.

If we knew that we would work on Wall street.

My thoughts go to Harry Wilson the guy with the restructuring company to get the Ref I.
Is he the turnaround expert?
He was involved in Hostess wasn't he?
Hostess union is out do to a no vote.
But I hear they are back in business nonunion.
Maybe this is gonna go the same route.
Hoffa probably hired him to help us out.......but some know better.
Best to vote yes and listen to our Locals and the IBT.
They know stuff we don't.

All of the above are just my thoughts. I don't know much about finance.
Only we will get burnt by a no.
The IBT, locals and company are giving a 2nd chance. Let's not blow it.
We won't hurt YRC only our brothers.
A guy told me his broker told him that NP and USF actually could be divided up seperatly if bankruptcy isn't filed. They could restructure the loans or something.
They can't do that without refinancing.
The same guy told me that he applied at Old Dominion when CF went down. As he left he heard the secretary ask what should she do with the app.
He told her she knew where to deposit it. In the trash.
Let's make the right decision for all this weekend. Yes keeps us working.
We need jobs to be Teamsters.
There is no Teamsters Unemployment Division at my Local.

Hostess is not back in business.. They sold off the names of their products..Other companies are making the products with cheap labor.. They made more money that way then if they stayed open..IMO that is what Hostess wanted.. What does YRCW have to sell off ??? Their name??? The only properties that they still own are most likely the ones that wouldn't sell on the market when they had the fire sale a few years back.. ..

If you check the facts Rima invest ed this amount before the first vote.

Rima bought shares of the company on the open market. That investment did NOTHING for YRCW. Do most of you understand that? Buying or selling shares on the open market does NOTHING for the company itself. Those transactions are between owners of shares and buyers of shares, not the company. Rima is taking a position in the stock with the expectation that the shares will rise in value if the company gets refinancing, that's all. Same thing if you or I bought shares thinking they'll go up.
