And if we flip your statement, somehow your wisdom rises above all to be the real deal! Ha ha right. I'm all for new equipment, sorry folks but nothing real hard about the job!! Im not super happy about the previous concessions and I'm also not jealous on what the upper folks and banks are making.....they made the right moves to get where they're at....and there isn't ONE person on here who wouldn't take their pay and bonuses if they could!! At the end of the day it is what it is!!

yrc355 you are correct.... I am not jealous of what upper folks and banks make if this were not a Bankrupt Company.... They are no better then you and I..... They should be sacrificing also.... They are not.... Therefor that makes me question is this Company in as bad as shape as they would like us to believe.
They are never going to, they loan money for a fee as long as the fees and principle are payed there good to go when you miss payments they raise the fees charge higher interest rates.
Voting no will not have any effect on the bankers they are not going give up anything and will write off YRC and move on the the deal.
