Yellow | this is it !

With a 25% contribution to the pension, there will be no pension.. While your at the hall just ask how much credit your pension got since this started in 2009..

Hoffa said it himself tonight on the conference call "live to fight another day"....so are you saying the administration is scared to fight today?

I think what he is saying is the administration is in bed with the Company.

But NOT when their financials are posted as public knowledge, available to us ALL. Not when the UNION advisor, hired with OUR money to work for us, Says "Bankruptcy is extremely likely" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This job, even though I DONT like ANY concessions, is still Better than a Chance at standing in line for a job at a SC@B LTL carrier! Just sayin..........
Yet the top dogs keep getting raises, bonuses, etc.......they are thrilled your going to wait to fight another day..........they'll send you a thank you postcard from their vacation home

I have news for a lot of people that think the other SC?B carriers are going to hire the people that need a job if the doors close, I hope they can survive on minimum wage because why pay anymore, you need a job they have a choice of people they don't t really need you. You can't win the fight when you are on the outside lookin in. just my opinion.

they say yes voters are scared well the no voters are also they could have quite the day we gave up the10 %and week of vacation but they didn't because they know there's not much of a chance for better and most would have to actuall work for 8 hours and get no overtime if its true some dock guys make 100k you aint going to at the local whare house make 12.00 hours for temp agency lol with no overtime, no bennies

in a big city like Chicago 10 percent may find a union job or a decent job the rest are screwed and if you think con way and fed x old dominion will hire some of you yard ,city , dock, shuttle your dreaming they know about you and your work ethic believe me some of your old supervisor are there

I will say it again I have been looking for a better job for the last 20years still havnt found it even after give backs
You'll need to speak for yourself on that, pardner. Just about every freight line in this town knows of me, and most of them know me personally. They would be delighted to have me come to work for them. I agree that isn't true of ALL of the YRC and Holland people, but it is true of me. I take offense at your remark about our work ethic generally. Some of our people are the best in the business, hands down!

don't worry , you will get your yes vote, but sure is funny , this is the same thing they said back in 2009, 2011 and now again and will say it again in 2018 before the next one , it is sad that you have to work at a place that makes threats to get you to vote yes , so LETS LIVE TO FIGHT ANOTHER DAY , BUT WHEN AND WHAT DAY WILL THAT BE ???????

You are lucky to be working somewhere where you at least HAVE A VOTE. If this goes down you can get a job where there is NO opportunity to vote. The skab company will tell you how it will be and if you dont like it, hit the bricks

Despite the fact that I haven't agreed with much of what you've posted, I'll have to give you this one. You are totally correct.

You're not living to fight another day, because you're too afraid to fight now. So stop saying that phrase. Just say you're happy to help the company out no matter what it costs, just so I don't have to find a new career.

And did u vote no on the initial 2 bend me overs
