As the days are going bye ,what is taking place at NCT now ? Things aren't looking good .. what happen with we are going to talk to the drivers ? Who is in charge at that place ?
 
you would think they,meaning management, would be pro-active during the waiting period. Obviously they're having a hard enough time getting the freight off the dock and to the consignee in a timely fashion. Heard they are losing customers daily because they just can't get the job done anymore. It's a shame. Guess they don't care. What a way to run a trucking company. Even Darksky has to work the dock!!!!

I heard rumors, that Gary is telling Regional and Road guys the union is in! Are they accepting the future of the NEW Beginning? Is there a chance to change the rapid downward spiraling of NEW CENTURY? Or is it too late?

Oh I don't know yet. Maybe I will stay or maybe I will just move on. I not a fan of stealing time or laying down such as you boys like to do. And I really hate a 3rd party giving me unneeded work rules. Let me tell you if the union gets in there will be changes and who knows if this place will be here and if they will have local work any more who knows I sure don't and neither does Mark or Chris or any other tool bag that likes to spew lies an they don't even work here !!
 
And let's not forget we have to pay union dues whoooopeeee another pay cut to subsidize a failing IBT yea that's what I want to do with my cash !!
 
Wow, pay union dues? $66 a month is a shizz load better than $600 a month for H&W. That message keeps knocking on your door. Nobody home?

answer me this....how do you drop over 100 bills at cartage since last Wednesday and come to find out a week later from A DRIVER, that not 1 bill has been delivered let alone stripped off the trailers???? Who in management is suppose to monitor that??? Seems to me, management really doesn't care at all. How can you blame that on the cartage agent when you yourself are not following up on POD's??? Shameful....totally irresponsible!!!!
 
Customers heard a union may be infecting New Century hence the defections. Most customers do not want to conduct business with union companies. Heck my neighbor, a huge union supporter, just used a non union electrical contractor.
I guess he doesn't want to pay for some lazy slob to work in his house OR he wants the job done right, the first time......
Either way he shops non union......

As usual you're wrong on your union hating opinions. You claim that most customers don't want to use union companies. That explains why UPS, UPSF, ABF, YRC, and the USF companies don't have much business and are not hiring.

Nawwww, he wants it done the cheap way by a company that pays lower wages to illegals who can't communicate very well in English. That's why the installer, worker and or delivery man has to hand the customer his cell phone so customer can explain his concerns and or comments to his boss..
