The members voted down a supplement that was then put into effect by the IBT anyway. That is what the thread is about. They werent coerced into voting one way or the other. What the IBT did, although I dont believe its right, is not illegal nor against the IBT constitution. The IBT constitution can be changed at the convention by the delegates who are elected by the membership. Nothing that took place has anything to do with civil rights, federal law, or anything else you want to make up.
