FedEx Freight | Pay raise ??????

Told we are getting something...no details yet... Fed will release latest earnings in the next few days... Keep your fingers crossed...it's going to be a whopper. I expect a double digit loss again.

There's one glaring problem. .579 per mile doesn't go very far when you are sitting at home.

I heard that..take two good profitable companies where men felt secure and turn it into one big mess..I'm hoping I don't need to go find new cheese!!

Stop all the doom and gloom , wait and see what happens before you fill
all your cereal bowels full of tears damn it. Life is a risk , live for the day
God gave you , CHEER UP ! I get sick of all this doom and gloom here...

I have to admit, I'm surprised we got anything let alone .47. Did the red shirts ever get their money back?

Just a statement of fact. If someone transferred to my yard for the mileage rate, they.would be sitting at home along with the rest of the bottom of our hog board.

They are getting theirs back over a five a set time frame. I don't remember what the red shirt told me it was.

I was told that they were going to let us surf the p*on sites on the computer, then it's up to you to get a raise.

We wont be near $23.00 in my area,we are only at $22.05 now.

I don't know what center your in but you said your region. We should be around 23.00 if not more considering how much our cost of living has gone up in central Indiana. Not counting gas.

Was told by our SCM in TER that the raise would bring us to $22.35/hr, $57.02/mi and take effect Monday (today).

Im in Northern Indiana. The Government doesnt use the cost of food or fuel to measure inflation so if Fedex uses their numbers it no surprise if we dont get much. Who do you call when the Government cooks the books?
