In the past when YRC had bad quarters, they usually followed them up by begging for concessions, loans and even changes of operations. It is a guarantee! So, which one are we gonna see this time coming up over the horizon? This is just history repeating itself.

As long as the company has to pay large amounts of intrest payments you will never see a large (If any!) profit!

You take more concessions, then we take more concessions...look at the recent history. The future will be more of the same and I say :fingure: to all the yes voters.

Agree 100% upper management keeps putting out bad numbers or is this the game plan to control the YES voting sheep ??? YRCW knows now that no matter what they ask for in givebacks , we will keep VOTING YES !!!! also they can make the numbers look how ever they want to benefit them ???
and its the same old story after the YES vote , they have money to give BONUSES ????? we will never learn a lessen & vote NO !!!!!

I do not believe that the rank and file voted yes by over 6,000 votes! Hoffa wanted a YES vote so YRC couldn't put blame on the union, a la Hostess. Don't get down on your brothers and sisters. The vote was what Hoffa wanted. Period!

There's always some hoffa trickery involved,
but ask around. These bootlickers really did flip and vote to "protect their jobs"
by a large margin. And they'll do it again,to! Over and over and over a......

"No we can't" should be the new motto. This company is a joke. They can't pick up and deliver as it is. "Missed pickups and damaged freight" is our new motto, or "you should of shipped with someone else" when the customers ***** about wrecked freight. "Yes We Can" is not in our vocabulary. We're that laughing stock of the industry.

True, but that's every LTL carrier in the nation.
 
To answer the OP's question...I was always told to stick to what I did best.
 
The reason YRC management is running the company into the ground is because it is all Yellow Freight Management. Yellow Freight the parasites of the trucking industry buy them up close them down that's their motto and then file bankruptcy.
