Ha Ha , it still comes down to the PAY scale !!! show us & new drivers the money & get new trucks to drive & guys will apply !!! Mr. Welch ask yourself this WHY should driver's come apply at YRC when they can go to a non-union company and get a higher wage ??? and a matching 401-K pension plan ??? riddle me that Mr. Welch !!!!
 
And YRC is having trouble finding drivers in the Northeast... After he cut most of the L/H out of the area. He's the biggest dumbbell I've ever heard. Personally I don't think he has a clue. His dumb minion district managers run the sh#t show.

Tell the truth that you fired, driven away and forced the best trust worthy, drug free, reliable healthy drivers you had, who knew what they were doing away with your bone headed decisions and mismanagement.
"The clock is ticking YRC to show a profit and we don't need another lame azz excuse to say why we're not making $$$ cause you can't hire drivers to come work here" You got rid of the ones you had now you say its a problem????

When Central States decides that they want to cut retirees pensions then I will come back with full seniority and be a driver once again.....I signed up for my pension for X amount of dollars and based my life style on that dollar amount....Once this is spoiled I encourage every retiree to seek an attorney and fight it even if it means coming out of retirement to drive again.....And how can Central States dictate re-employment rules when a retiree is cut?????.......NUFF SAID!!!!!!!!!!:shift:
 
We need a few more COO's to force good drivers to quit and other good drivers to commute long distances and become disgruntled and pis@#d off.
