FedEx Freight | Driver Scorecard

FXF is getting more and more like a soap opera.

It could actually be a good thing. The company I'm at now uses a similar system for accidents and incidents. It takes all favoritism out of the equation. You flip a trailer, 10 points. Scratch a fender, your fault - 3 points. You guys act like crashing and screwing up is common. If you're that worried about how many points you have in the last 5 years, maybe you need a different line of work. Our points eventually fall off on a published schedule.

I heard a rear end accident is 17 points. So you rear end a car and scratch your bumper in a 5 year period you get canned. Heard if no accidents happen after 2.5 years they will drop half of your points. We get the official BS on monday

I was told by a red shirt that this B.S. that fdx will be using was developed by our associates in Hooterville. Mainly by the guys that went to the trucking rodeos. God I hope that it is not true.:17:
OH .............................OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !! Say it isn't so.... I wouldn't say all ..... But some of those ( Kiss those ARSE guys) aren't exactly LEGIT...... Worked with a few and met THE BEST ONE (in the NE) got junk and crap 40% of the time.........Blah Blah Blah.....

I'm sure all the old salt dogs who made it 10,15,20+ years accident free would raise hell If say a guy who has had one or two accidents got his slate wiped clean.

I was told today they're going back five years on everyone, even if that means pre FedEx. We have 202 drivers and some are at or already over 20 points.

Also one incident could mean multiple points. For instance a rear end collision. The accident itself is ten points, but in addition you receive a citation, well that's additional points assessed.

And exactly how could they go back pre FedEx? Sounds to me like you have a bunch of non driving steering wheel holders. Maybe they should find a new line of work.

Can you take a 13 hour long video with a GoPro??? That's how long I worked today.

:shift:

So RC asked the safety guy what happen if you do hit your twenty points. His answer was you are disqualified. Ok, RC gets that, but what happens if two months after you are disqualified, points drop and you are back under twenty points?

His answer...you are disqualified for 36 months

Holy crap, anyone else get that?

More herd thinning.
