Bump... So all the (new to the boards) management members can vote. Don't forget to state your job class :Poke:

For Example:

1: Road ONLY (pretty much "hooks & go, NO dock)
2: Road/Dock ( Drive to hub, work dock, drive back, or dock before/after your run)
3: City/Dock (work dock daily before or after a city/peddle run)
4: City (NO dock)
5: Dock only
6: Office (clerical)
7: Red Shirt (Supervisor)
8: Beyond RedShirt (No real need to comment, your tactics have brought us to where we are now, but feel free to comment if you like)
9: Top Tier executive (part of Fred/Bill/Pat's inner circle) Does the Head actually know what messages the tail receives?
 
Some of the pink shirts I know would say yes if they could. They aren't treated any better than we are. They are on salary that makes them slave labor.

If you mean "why ask for job class?", that was so we could see if this was mostly a city thing, a road thing, etc. It looks to cross all classes. Although I've not seen a clerical post, I know they've taken a beating as well.

No, I completely understand why it's important to know, I just thought it would have been better to include this in the poll as opposed to some folks inadvertently outing themselves
 
I vote yes..I'm road day lane no dock..although union has a lot of explaining to do as they have done NOTHING in last 30 years to organize any freight companies. And I don't give them overnight because ups allowed them to go union. I remembered the dismal failure overnight organizing was!!! They need to prove to us what is going to be different..
 
We only have a few guys at are terminal who at agains this. They started their official vote no campaign today. The greatest part is everybody sees the special treatment they from management and nobody takes them seriously. I almost feel bad because they aren't well liked to begin with and now that they are spouting lies they are only isolating themselves. What Ever though they have a right to their opinions and a right to vote no.
 
NO road.
A union won't stop the threats.
A union guarantees we will be driving junk equipment.
A union won't stop them from using more purchase.
Ask ups freight.
If you think you can get better wages or better insurance, I think you are kidding yourself.
