TForce | Whats your Safety Dinners????

Our terminal has cook outs but I do not attend. They owe me nothing but a paycheck. I would rather go home and spend time with my family.
 
Cookouts, Gatorade, soda, water. We can snag something quick if we are on the run but make sure you are on a break or lunch if you plan to linger around. They try to monitor people that might be stealing time. Had a few get caught that way.
 
All depends on the mood of the T.M If numbers are good then its chicken wings. If there bad then pizza. Either way its something I guess. Funny thing is he himself has told us many times that he is cheep and dont like to spend money. And our barn is living proof. lol oh well what can you do. Just take it in stride.
 
I remember the brown bag filled with candy and the supervisor had her kids draw pictures on the bags and cards we got. No cooking out at that terminal.
 
A paycheck, and thats all for me. If i want to cook out with co workers, it would be with only my true teamster brothers n sisters. Management owes me nothing

Works for me, but I think the true blue n grey company suck azz drivers, would still want their coffee, donuts, and hot dogs n chips, rather then the $$$$. They believe the thought is what really counts haha
