FedEx Freight | Enough With the Union crap!!!

My personal thoughts on this is very simple. If you really want to be in a Union, fine go to either Yellow or UPS. end of problem.

NO. I've worked hard and long here. I've helped build this company. Why should I start over... Again! I remember what built this company and what it used to stand for.

1. Take care of our people.
2. Take care of our customers.
3. Honor our commitments.
4. Work hard, smart, and safely—and
work together.
5. Make the most of resources.
6. Have fun.

The only part FedEx remembers is #5 as it pertains to my labor and the price they pay for it. But thanks for posting some advice. Nice try.:smilie93C_peelout:
 
okay, swampratt, it is a good and valid point, the 6 points make a lot of sense, and i agree with what you said.

All I think we really want is to negotiate a better package (Compensation/Rules/Security) for all of us. Just like FedEx has to negotiate with any other service provider. Not the end of the world, IMHO.
 
RC I am. I took the test and that's who I am....kids saw it...said I didn't need a test...they already knew....LOL
