FedEx Freight | Sign a card and your probably fired right?

So does FedEx find out if you sign a card? I get screwed with enough. I just want to vote yes.

No, FedEx Never sees your card. Ever. The Feds (NLRB) verify the accuracy of the signed cards.

Unless you or someone else tells them you exercised your right to sign, they'll never know.

Of course if 80-100% sign, they'll have a good idea... But it won't matter

There's the problem. Don't care though. Thanks for the info.

Anyone could tell them anything. But that doesn't make it true. As long as you don't tell them, you're good. Even better, only sign in front of someone who is also signing. Or as is often the case, a BUNCH of guys signing.

This is the problem uneducated.so I guess they have enough drivers off the street to replace all that sign get real man they come after the head of the snake.and that is only if we lose because even the guy on the front line will be protected for a year.

No one else can tell them if you don't tell anyone else.
Mail it in or deliver it to hall yourself if you trust no one. If your afraid to take a card from someone then just go down to hall. One stop shopping. Pick it up , sign it , leave it there.

That's what I did. I left early for work and went by the hall. They knew right away I wasn't there to deliver a package. :biglaugh:

It still amazes me just how uneducated guys are on their rights, and on their facts as well. I've spent an hour and a half after work in the parking lot just this week after work correcting misinformation.

Well I want guys to have the facts. You never know when that one yes vote you secure could be the one to put us over the mark. I'm not part of the core group spearheading the movement at my center. I'm just a guy who, when he found out their was a movement, wanted to do his part.

There was 12 guys who signed at the same time from my barn...one by one the hands are lining up....Coming to a center near you...if you have the balls to stand up for yourselves.

Not only is it against the law for the company to fire you think about if they did. Are they gonna fire 65% of their workers at any barn that signs cards. Out management does some stupid things but I don't think they are that stupid

Problem is, where i used to work before coming here, they were organizing the union there. It missed by a few votes, and the ones that organized it was ****ed with until they quit, make a mistake and were fired and worse..................compared to where i have worked before, this is a cakewalk. and in closing, be careful of what you wish for. it might NOT turn out as you planned

It's funny how much of the people who are starting to speak out against the union are junior members.
Hmmm wonder what positions they hold and who they are in the company.

It is funny! It's soo obvious... Because they haven't read hardly any of the posts, so they don't realize how well founded this movement is. The principals of this movement are on solid ground.

Wonder if this is what they taught them at the big Managers meeting, last week

It's funny how one always mention an experience of an organizing they had, and then throws the scare tactics of what can happen to you!
And finally compares the last company to present, how good you have it at FedEx!
Pure 101 union busting scare tactic!
