I sat and waited for a work call for 15 yrs. 5 months and 20 days, as did many of my Brother's and Sister's, before getting a start time. There were many times I was not feeling 100%, but you get it done safely
This Driver is just like the rest of his Generation, better suited to staying in their Parents basement, playing X-box.
Another Legacy of the Kennedy, Carter Deregulation scheme.
what i underlined...
is what i was pretty much alluding to, but just didn't say it...
it is/was NOT my intention (or contention) to say he wasn't allowed to sleep, it was my saying that he already had 1-10 hour break, then an ADDITIONAL 10 hour break, and he was saying he was "up all that 10 hours, and didn't get any additional sleep"...
to wit i responded...BS.......
as i also said, he didn't know how to play the game, and either JUST TAKE a nap, or call in and say, traffic, accident, construction, is slowing him down, and he "might be, a tad late"...(many things i had to para-phrase here)..
which led me to say a "typical cry-baby, newbie".....
what "irked" me the most (i think), in the news story, or farce of a story, was him folding his arms across his chest as the reporter said, "he was happy he exposed the industry problems".....
creative editing, crying like a little frigging baby, and as YOU say....."better suited for to staying in his parents basement"....
fit him to a "tee".......
i am NOT against, proper rest, sleep, etc......never was, never will be..
only totally against BS from newbies.....
always was, always will be.....
man up, buck up, or get the "F" out.....(or how about DON'T EVEN GET IN...?????)
you are NOT needed, since YOU cannot handle "real life" without your parents wiping your ass, or coddling you....
