Nice to have new teamsters aboard. But J Hoffa Junior will not put them in any pension fund he will leave them as a 401k. Do you guys agree with this.
 
They may or may not be in a 401k but they will be nowhere near the current pension funds........................that boat sailed.
 
most likely but there will definitely have to be some language specifically to subcontracting to kill that practice to protect those guyz. If not the company will run wild with it, so tame that beast before it happens...:bananag:
 
Todays Teamster Union is sending out a message that they either don't want to, or they know that they don't have the money or power to take on the large non union and their own Teamster unionized LTL carriers.

Maybe junior should should take a look at what his father did, and seek outside help.

so you think he did the wrong thing by showing up at EPH after they won? i dunno what you want, they are going after fedex and conway...
