I have stepped up to make a change, have you? Signed s card, check. Talking others and getting then to meeting to hear the other side, check. Produced a fact sheet that is on the bring teamsters fb page, check. Big yes vote when we file, check.
 
they want you to vote no cause if you vote yes they will have to pay you more and that cut"s into there profit and bonus.

question is why did you you leave fedex to go deliver groceries ? how about worrying about your refer unit and not what is going on at fedex. let us worry about why we stayed and you worry about the temp. on your refer. just saying you are always cutting people down on here and putting ur 2 cents worth in. you can band people on truckingboards but have seen you get away with a lot of stuff on here. if you want to monitor fedex and band people that's fine. how about sitting back and just doing that instead of stirring up crap.hope you have a great day.:guiness:

How about you stop trolling here ang go post on your own board. Maybe you could help that union company you work for give you some of your pay back that they took from you guys. Union really had your back for those three paycuts didn't they?

The union didnt take the money. Those paycuts were to bring us down to your level.

If someone is employed by a company and that company is acquired by another, there is implied agreement the minute that employee reports to work the day after the acquisition.

Just because someone's opinion differs from yours, doesn't mean their opinion is wrong. It also doesn't mean that person is "cutting you down" either. You need to grow some thicker skin.

How do you expect a company to take you seriously when all you can do is cry like a little baby when someone disagrees with you?

I know it was put to a vote you dumb *** My point is your teamster union did nothing to stop the company from taking your money! Not once, not twice, but three times. I thought they would get me better pay not allow the company to take it back. Just take your time and think about it. This is not a knock on the YRC guys I have several friends that work or worked their. IMHO
