It is simple. The company did not want the names of the rank and file going to the union. Like if we can not get the names from the start time list. It is just the corporate being peronoid. Personally I think it is funny. I really do not want my employee number out there but who cares
Don't you guys have a phone number list for everybody at your barn anyway? We do.
I get you on stealing info on the portal but what good does it using another employee's number at the fuel pump? For they matter you can get another driver's employee number if you know what tractor he drives... Just look in the VIR book.
your good! I thought the same thing when I saw the bid sheets. I'm sure lean will take care of that glaring flaw.....Suppose for a minute, that you don't work for us. Your an O/O, at a conway facility, looking for some "free" diesel..............what are the two things you need, in order to get fuel out of a conway fuel pump?.........................valid unit number (there are several sitting in your yard)...............and,.........valid employee I.D. number...............those are now hanging in each breakroom for anyone (everyone) to see (I-phone up to the wall and................click).......................instant access to the conway fuel system........................ by the way, why were you 1000 miles from your home terminal, last week, putting 300 gal of fuel into a unit that doesn't hold that much??????? at 0300 on a Sun morning........????? Corporate Security is here to speak with you young man...............
Sure lean will. This bunch gets more stupid by the day.your good! I thought the same thing when I saw the bid sheets. I'm sure lean will take care of that glaring flaw.....

Well it may help the sub service at the fuel pumps with an employee number.......I was told this change is more for security..so visitors/sub-service drivers can't come in and see a complete roster of the drivers and their start times. It makes sense so I really don't have an issue with it. Everyone at our barn pretty much knows who is who just by seniority anyways.
Nope. Privacy brother. I do not want everybody with my number

Do the full time dock workers fill out a start time preference sheet?
