I think in the last MOU there is no snapback laws for anything. If the rumor is true and DHL binds us. I don't think will snap back I could be wrong but I think we're all screwed

Wrench, correct. The last 2 were about vacation, pension. Then PTS, red circle, starting pay, wage caps and so forth and extending all the provisions to 2019. So, wouldn't the snap back clause still be in place and valid, should we be sold ? I don't recall that being removed, I will have to go back and re read the paper work I guess.

I was under the impression, that the others were added onto the original MOU.

After reading your post I've got to ask how much weed do smoke each day?? Or could it be all the bumps of the road really do affect a persons concept of reality.Put down the bong,we can get along.

OK, you've make a real "cute" response to his post, but why not make an intelligent rebuttal to his comments instead if you disagree with what he said? Maybe we can all learn something that way.

He can't hold a thought that long... Hell, it took him a half a day to write what he did..
