Okay so the kumpny loves us to have a letter certified mailed to an employee..that is almost laughable.Ok.so where are all of our stock options we were to receive in lieu of these pay cut s deducted and shown to us in every weekly check? Normally paycuts taken by employees aren't shown.It just shows less money that's it.ABF took paycuts but those deductions weren't shown like our equity benefits wages union

I have been wondering why our checks at YRC show the pay cut deductions and why the ABF employees checks dont? Even they had pay cuts

Just a minute there T!!! I just read in the financials that ABF did their Cayman accounts legally, so they could off shore $$$$,and not show it's existence. YRCW did not go through a qualified plan to do it the right way ???? They apparently filed amended returns also for the last 5 years with a tax service located in Iraq. Guess the IRS figured it out ????
They'll be "whistling in the cemetery" soon, too!

Here is the response I got from YRCF President Darren Hawkins on a couple of issues on this tax scam....and here is his response......I give him credit that he does respond to all emails.....and this was on a Sunday evening.....KK

To answer your first question about the 15% showing on pay checks, we are not required to put it on the check and it can be confusing. Each state has specific requirements about items that should be included on pay stubs(electronic and printed) and we have been doing the due diligence to be in compliance with all states nationwide prior to making any changes as we are overdue for a paycheck redesign.
With 22000 employees we certainly take communication seriously, however there are numerous regional issues that arise over a variety of subjects centered around fraud and misinformation attempts by 3rd parties. We attempt to respond to each incident timely and with the right amount of information to protect all of our employees from dishonest 3rd parties.
We have been watching this one closely since first becoming aware of it and will continue to ensure that this does not continue. The letter from Liberty Tax should not be posted at any terminal and I will follow-up on that as well.
