Anybody here have, or use a Keurig? What are your thoughts on quality of the coffee, speed, expense, etc.

Brews a very good cup of coffee according to the wife,a bit more expensive but in her opinion well worth it, a fresh cup every time. Again asking the wife about the cups (cost) is about a buck apiece

I use 'em. Have a couple of customers that have it there. I am not much of a coffee connoisseur so I won't rave about how great it is. I do believe a buck a pop is about right so that puts it out of my budget. Fresh cup every time it is though and I do see more brands packaging them all the time so you would have a good selection.

I've used one for a couple years. I like it because of the speed and convenience. I drink Newman own special blend. I have it shipped from Amazon at around $.65 a cup. My wife drinks GFS store brand that I get at our company grocery store for about $.50 a cup.

65 and shipping added in?

My bride got one about 6 weeks ago, and she loves it. Granted she loves the frappa-flapper-raspberry-chocolate-cinnamon-potatoe-mocca-cream-nantucket-orange-whatchamacallit types of coffee. Me? Not so much, I want COFFEE, just plain ol' Breakfast Blend coffee. Granted the Kuerig is lightning fast, but way to hot to drink for nearly 5 min after you get the coffee. I so far have not found a blend that did not taste like the coffee at McDonalds, all so far have that over-hot burnt flavor.

I have only used that machine at the car dealership waiting for service. Nice, quick, and I like the breakfast blend. but i still like my Mr.Coffee. Some day though, I want to buy that restaurant coffee machine, "Bunn", but my gosh, they are priced out of the stratosphere, but in a home situation, they ought to last a lifetime, compared to the hours of use they get every day in a restaurant setting.

why cant restaurant be spelt, resturant???????

damn word pisses me off...........

I've had coffee from them for as long as they have been on the market. Great Cuppa Joe every time. I swore that I would never have one of my own because it is way more expensive than brewing a pot.

Then one was given to me for Christmas this year.

Complete with a reusable K-cup.

So now I brew the perfect cup every time, using bulk coffee, and only brew what I will consume each day.

For pennies a cup.

Fresh.

Good.

Perfect.

I'll never go back.

Ever.

I never drank coffee before we got one last Christmas, I wouldn't ever drink a whole pot on my own so one cup with a bunch of flavor options is great. Brown sugar cake, cinnamon roll and hazelnut are my favorite flavors. Nice to have a fun selection to try out.
I hear the new units will only brew their brand of K-cups, but there's a simple hack online to make it brew any brand cup.
