FedEx Freight | No changes coming

i hope your pro union thing is a joke.i have not started anything as a rumor,it was not followed up with some sort of conspiracy theory.I haven't heard anyone think it is.it seems simple clt can't handle what they have, and need help.too much freight not enough dock and property to expand.
Until there is fact associated with the rumor then is in fact a rumor...and the only ones talking about or pushing the rumor are the pro-union guys in CLT. There has to be a motive for their actions...perhaps to scare the drivers at the bottom of the CLT road board into supporting their movement, maybe to raise the hopes of the GSP drivers only to be let down when this doesn't happen in hopes of them joining their movement, etc...
As for CLT not be able to "handle what they have", this isn't the first time we've been swamped with freight, nor will it be the last. I've been here long enough to know that freight flow comes and goes in cycles, right now the volume is high, wait a few weeks/months for FedEx to raise their rates and things will be back to normal.

Why does your employer not put an end to the rumors ? If this is a union thing you would think your hero Fredrick would clarify the company's position.
IMHO I think you Red think too much..............

Because you don't know anything about it, it must be a rumor, got it.There are no motives to my actions just passing along what several gps drivers had told me,and it's not top secret info either,it's being openly discussed in gsp.The paranoia thing is a bit disturbing.Freight flows, and volume grows.i might put that on a teeshirt.

I never said I didn't know anything about it, I said until facts are associated with a rumor it is in fact a rumor. Has anyone in management been able to confirm this "rumor"?
Also, I never said you started anything, must be your guilty conscience speaking.
Talking about it "openly" in GSP, the two city drivers we talked to hadn't heard anything about it...although this doesn't necessarily mean it isn't being talked about by now.
Speaking of passing along rumors, seems they're running rampant these days in CLT...perhaps out of desperation.
Word to the wise, don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see!!
Perhaps you guys could order your T's from the same place that you ordered your other paraphernalia ...atleast the T's would be an original idea!!

So now, instead of getting 1 point whether you miss one or two days, you'll have to burn exemption hours based on the number of days out sick? In order to avoid a blemish on one's "permanent record"? But Yay, No more points, right? :idunno:. Sounds like there will need to be a multi page hand out to explain the details.

Bump i thought all the changes were coming since there is no petition :scratchhead:
Had another meeting today explaining changes for the better IMO to the safety policies...had other meetings earlier explaining the changes to the vacation/personal day/tardy policies, all better IMO...more changes for the better will be coming soon....patience grasshopper, Rome wasn't built in a day!
