TForce | Pay scale

Sorry but we are the best payed, ot after 8 @ $39,00+, a good insurance plan, plus a good 401 and a retirement of 55 yo and 30 years an out at full benny's and will be close to $30 at the end of contract.....
But like I said hoe many of you are getting those hours lol

$60 a week for 60 hours. And if you calculate 50 hours $27 an hour with no OT you'll make $30 a week more. But that's comparing $24 an hour, that's not even top rate for UPSF.
As for bennies, I think they pay, not sure how much. I don't think it's much.
Someone with more knowledge there would have to chime in.
Family plan is $35.00 per week, with more options like extra life, you get like 55,000.00 and can by another 110,000.00 for like 6.00 a month

Put it like this P&D make just as much or equal to as a Road Driver on the most paid night or day run.....But OD is a good company also

If it's a big hub your friend will be alright because dock is still available that's if he wants the dock but if he's going to a big Hub he should be fine

Any big hub will give him all the hours he wants,I'm getting 65 in 5 days for the last few years . which makes me just over $2,100 a week before taxes. 27.10 for straight time and 40.65 a hour for OT.
That a 300+ Dollar difference of what a 27.00 a hour OD employee would make for the same hours a week.
I'm not knocking them just stating facts, have a few friends that work for OD and they love it. Hell I woulda been there long ago if it weren't for the OT after 60 crap

Smaller end of lines will be limited on what hours they'll be getting because they aren't 24 hours a day 6 day a week operation.

Exactly!!!!!

Not taking sides here with anyone, but have always wondered about the OT after 60 thing. P and D I thought always ran on 60- in 7 days for work hours, otherwise if you ran 70 you would not have many hours for Monday . If I push close to 60 in 5 days, you still have to take 2 days off to have hours for Monday . Just sayin. BRG clear!!!

The good old 34hr reset!!!

UPSF uses it, we can work 6 days and still get your reset in by Monday morning.

Not sure why any company wouldn't use it, not using it does nothing but keep their employees from working hours they can legally work.
In p and d yes. But in linehaul if you say started at midnight Sunday, and worked your full 14 each day, Monday thru Friday, you would have 70 hours by Friday at 1400 hrs. Then be off from Friday 1400, until midnight Saturday and there is your reset and they could work you another 14 on Sunday then. You now have worked 84 hours in 7 days. If I was linehaul, I would not want that life.
