If this is true why is Fed Ex spending millions to keep union out? From what you say everything is peachy, if this is the case they shouldnt have to spend a dime to keep it out, if it is as great as what you claim.

Because a majority of the employees along with the company don't want anything to do with the IBT.
I never claimed everything was "peachy" (spinning things again), but I, along with the majority, believe the IBT isn't the answer to our problems.

The majority of the drivers in CLT felt differently than you last November 19th and that number has increased.

One center is NOT the majority of the company.
You keep believing this fairytale if it makes you feel better...and you can keep believing Steve when he tells you you'll be negotiating in a couple more weeks too...it's seems you're being duped by multiple people.

20 centers is not the majority of the company either and to suggest you know what thousands of people think is a ridiculous statement. It's not a fairytale in Charlotte it's about to be a reality as you will see as far as what Steve and I talk about you have no idea nor will you ever you're only duping your self to think otherwise.

we just found out this past week about the insurance...my experience with fred ex is I'll believe it when I see it....hopefully the union threat has made them see the light. f you want a happy work place yo have to keep the people doing the majority of the work happy. Right ? Wong ? you treat people the way you want them to act..show me respect if you want it. treat me as an insignificant park of the team and you'll get the same.
