For those interested in such things, here's the official source within FedEx for the latest updates as the competition makes it's way around the country.

May 4, 2015 – Nine more champs for FedEx!

"FedEx continues to prove its commitment to safety each weekend at the state truck driving championships (TDCs). Nine drivers earned state titles in Mississippi, New Mexico and Tennessee this past weekend. There were numerous second- and third-place finishers. This gives FedEx a total of 18 competitors moving on to the national competition."

With eight more state champs in the books following two TDCs held the weekend of May 7-9, the total number of FedEx competitors headed to the NTDC in St. Louis currently stands at 26.

FedEx teams cleaned house in several states with 35 competitors winning first-place in their respective competitive class.


Next up are competitons in Kansas, Montana and West Virginia the weekend of June 19-20
 
June 22, 2015 – A new record!

"After a weekend that featured three state competitions, FedEx continued its winning surge, capturing 15 state titles and breaking the company record of 138 state winners. The new mark stands at 143, and with two competitions to go, FedEx is looking to add on to its record-setting total."
 
June 29, 2015 – Record number of FedEx competitors headed to ‘Gateway to the West’

"A new record-setting 151 FedEx competitors will be preparing to make the trek to St. Louis in August – and take their shot at winning the nine national titles up for grabs.

The FedEx competitors will have a chance to hone their skills at the Chairman’s Challenge Competition and Celebration (4C), held in Indianapolis July 11-13. Click here for a list of all the top finishers in each class.

This weekend, in competitions held in New Jersey and Washington, Team FedEx gained seven new champs and several second- and third-place finishers."

This is one thing I wish I would have done while driving. The one year I really wanted to we were boycotting it at our center because of treatment by local management.
