It would seem obvious that if a driver gets a DUI they are disqualified and probably out the door.

What about a DUI for an SCM?

Seems to have no impact on them. Are SCM's required to have a CDL? I know supervisors are not.

Just curious. Seems like a DUI should be bad news for anyone that works for a transportation company, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

I think they stopped requiring them to have a CDL a long time ago.

Leadership by examlpe is no longer a qualification. Just a pulse and a paper that says you attended a college.
