Got my letter from Dougie today saying that I can rest assured of the pension. I wonder if they could possibly pay us all out and be done with it. ?????? Maybe a 15 year certain amount ????

Back in the day Ccx was a great company to work for, 26 years in and now they are selling, over the years management has run this company in the ground, more fousced on management than drivers, it's been lostway instead of Conway!! Have one more year for the 85 rule, just pray that the pension is still there!!
 
Two guys at our barn just retired earlier this year with the 85 rule, they are getting a monthly check, legally they cannot take it away! Could be more lawsuits like the 7 that are against Conway board of directors over stocks

Do you actually expect the truth? Of course the standard answer is " rest assured ". No reason to panic. Use your head driver. Why would they offer you a buy out when they can pad their coffers on your dime? They know you are never going to see more than 10-15 cents on the dollar?

Before 2006 my pension was estimated at $2,800 month now it is less than half that, and after the buy out $ 0 per month, we might have to lawyer up!! Wait and see
 
Those pensions were converted to an annuity with an insurance co. back in '06. Even the insurance co. is insured with the govt for $250k per pensioner. Besides if you're vested and could get screwed out of the rest Con-job would have done it already!

i called 11 weeks ago told to go online and fill out retirement papers after 4 weeks i called to see where i stood they said they never received it so i gave them all the info and then waited seven weeks and finally it was here opened it up and it was wrong.seeing that i retired friday i will be on the phone monday.started in 1985 i do have the 85 rule but on the pension papers i had a reduced rate of about 700.dollars and no insurance rates.what the hell is wrong with them.it is bad enough we lost most of our pension and vacation but now they make hard to retire.7 weeks waiting for two papers with the wrong amount of pension money and the other papers general info

A manger that used to be at our barn was telling me that, Paul moneymaker if anyone remembers him gets $6,000 a month retirement, like I have said for years management has been all about themselves, forgot about the drivers, hope you get it worked out! It's lost way not conway
