Little Rock -- A lawsuit against Indianapolis-based Celadon Trucking Services Inc. by former employees of a now-closed Little Rock, Ark., trucking company has been certified as a class action, U.S. District Judge Susan Webber Wright has ruled.
Most likely stay in Litigation up to 7 years since it can as well be seen as frivolous despite being certified as class action.
Celadon bought the ASSETS (property) of Continental as well hiring about 300 Drivers.
They DO have a Mexican division called JAGUAR, guess they will simply continue to EXPAND like they are doing through buying companies.
Celadon hires SEAT WARMERS regardless of Nationality. They do not discriminate as ANYONE is eligible with a mere 3 months or NO MONTHS driving experience.
