So I was at the Hotel in Dayton this week. Got call from Dayton dispatch, said come in on your time. OK no problem, where am I going???? We don't know, waiting on Central to get back to us. OK.. thanks. ..........now getting anxious so I call Central to find out where Im going.....Central says Dayton dispatch will not say where you're going anymore as there have been too many grievances. So I say, so guys must be getting screwed then on dispatch, so you decide to keep us in the dark, rather than deal with grievances?? Guy from central says, no that's not it, just too many grievances. OK thanks I say.

Talked to a guy from another barn this week, says same thing, won't tell drivers where they are going.

Watch your behind drivers.

Tom has been like that for a while as I remember. If I asked him he would either say he didn't know or "tentatively" X location.

Don't know about the greatest contract ever, but the solution is more grievances.
At one point we had filed about 100 grievances in about a month......most were for him screwing us out of overtime on the dock and stepping on our seniority, and they were never even heard.

They started that crap years ago, it lasted for a while then got back to normal!

Tell us about how great that grievance procedure is again.Lol

Dont know if anybody said it was great, but at least it's something. Being a Freight Teamster was only great and easy for a short amount of time in the history of the Teamsters. The rest was, and is, hard work.

Hoffa himself said that he had put together the greatest contract ever. I would have thought that it would have included enforcement of the work rules. Just sayin'.

Oh another troll post.

Poor flasher. Can't find another job in LTL???

Who do you drive for????

I know you don't drive for UPS. By the way, what happened to the avatar pic of the UPS tractor, pulling all those pups. What was your caption again???? Oh, that's right.... it was "Not for the amateurs".

Do you drive for anyone that is believable?
What troll post does this make. Is this 16796, or only 16795.
