YRC Buffalo drivers are bringing Northeast freight over to the NewPenn barn to be moved thru their system. New Penn is running many YRC sets in and out. New Penn,Holland will soon move to the large YRC Buffalo terminal and consolidate into 1 company. Company will raise money with property sales and operate at a lower cost with less management and support staff.

so they sell another great condition npme terminal so we can go to ::shit:: yrc terminal..they better get something togather before they sell all our terminals and cant make any money...at #03 its a joke, no help, no trailers,what we do have is junk..handful of guys retiring next 3-4 months along with management...cant hire anybody, one for every 3 that leave , maybe...only thing that keeps #03 from being disaster, is old npme management at least moving the freight, old npme city guys still getting the freight delivered and old road guys that keep to the program all night long...3 months cant come soon enough for me!!!

Can they sell property if they don't own it?

Only if you are YRC, I guess.
Probably looks good on paper. Or in the computer or something.
Maybe a really good executive worth a whole lot of money told somebody they could make a lot of money selling a property which they lease from somebody else.
He is worth millions/month...and probably gets it.
