Does odfl allow you to put in 2 weeks notice or do they tell you to kick rocks as soon as they know you are leaving?

I would use all my vacation then put in my two weeks notice in just in case you want to come back later in life. Idk how long you have been here, but if your investing into the 401k wait until they do the payout next month. Honestly slow as we are they probably will let you go on the spot.

with hearing of more layoffs, and now I've heard they are getting rid of guys that have been written up not twice, but once...I'd say that would be the way to go. I heard IRC let some drivers go that were either good drivers or had 1-2 write ups. All slackers were allowed to keep their jobs.
