A total of 35 drivers representing FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) operating companies earned state titles at truck driving championships (TDCs) held in Alaska, California, Delaware, Kentucky, Maine, North Carolina, New Mexico, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin, May 18-20.

Through 20 state events in 2018, Team FedEx has had 73 drivers win state titles. The state champions have each earned an opportunity to compete at the American Trucking Associations’ National Truck Driving Championships and National Step Van Driving Championships (NTDC & NSVDC) Aug. 15-18 in Columbus, Ohio.

Not sure why the site is wiped nearly clean. There must be a reason. Staffing, perhaps? Although, that would NOT explain the wiping of parts, but not all. :confused1: Maybe someone going to Indi & Columbus, OH can find out... Meanwhile, I'll try to check the internal site, if we can find a working computer to access it. :shrug:

“Any past champion that is competing this year has the experience. Not to say that someone that’s a rookie cannot be crowned grand champion ’cause they’re just as good. Everybody has the same chance. Always, though, you have to go with your percentages. The guys that have been there before,” Cates said. “Your return champions have a little bit of an edge.”
