My transition to my wife’s insurance has been a total debacle. More than I’d like to post here. I hope it’s worth the switch. BTW, the answer to my original question is no, you do not have to pay the spousal surcharge to keep dental and vision with XPO. At least that’s what I was told by the powers that be.
