It’s kinda disappointing that we’ve not heard anything about one. Our friends with other LTL carriers have gotten bonuses and raises while working during the pandemic and we get farther behind the pay curve.

If you’re looking for much more than a 2cpm increase, expect disappointment. If they don’t hurry it’s going to be 2021 increase.

Maybe LTL is next. 4 cents per mile increase starting March 7 for truckload. I believe that this is the third pay / incentive adjustment in about 1 year

.63.5 vs .70 at most LTL trucking companies.
We are very close on the hourly pay rate $27.95 vs $29.50 on average, but way behind on mileage.

Yes, the mileage rate is way off. The hourly rate is very competitive. 9 cents equals per mile 13% higher pay.
