The same letter as the W-2s???……They used to mail a letter, not so much anymore.
Actually you can use the w-2. Take what you gross divided by 52 weeks divided by 40 hours equals your hourly vacation rate. I think that's how it is figured. Correct me of I'm wrong. The same letter as the W-2s???……

STOP ASKING TRUCK DRIVERS TO DO MATH! THAT REQUIREMENT WAS RETIRED WITH PAPER LOGS!
Yearly gross divided by 52. Then that number is dived by 40. That's your vacation rate.
What about cursive writing? Is that requirement gone also?STOP ASKING TRUCK DRIVERS TO DO MATH! THAT REQUIREMENT WAS RETIRED WITH PAPER LOGS!

Straight from your tm right?Your vacation and personal time off that you get paid for is not included in your vacation rate. Only hours truly worked then you divide 52 then 40. That would then be your real number.
