Estes | ???

I am looking for information about P+D jobs at Estes. I would like to know how long is takes to top out in pay, and how long it takes to get health insurance. Any other information about the company in general, or pay rates or insurance costs etc. would be very helpful.

lumper we have many threads on this issue hope this helps ya. 3 years to top out, starting the first of the month after 30 days. (i think ? ) insurance is 37.00 or about for family if you choose the same plan i'm on. 10 bucks or so for family dental. all weekly. Estes is the most underestimated trucking company, sure we are an LTL company and we have some of the same issues that all LTL companies have. but for all and all i'm thankful i work here.
