Is there something in the contract that says if a terminal or an individual driver, such as a open Turn, runs the same bid 30 consecutive days the company has to post that run as a regular bid? My assistant steward thought it existed but said he looked through the contract and couldn't find it.

Well once upon a time , yes there was such a rule , like when the T.M. would let his 10% pet city driver, get called in at 5am all the time and when asked union , nothing happened , same old story oh they can do that now or what ever else they want to do , like letting new guys have days off with no vacation time , while refusing your vacation request !
